SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

BALI DELIVERIES- FREE

Next day to major cities when ordered before 2pm GMT+8, for remote areas it may be longer. Some orders made after 2pm Bali time may be shipped the same day, usually it will be dispatched the following day (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). Deliveries are made anytime between 8am - 6pm.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES OVER $200- FREE

Deliveries take 3 to 4 working days and are delivered between 8am - 6pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays), for remote areas it may be longer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES UNDER $200- $25 FLAT RATE

Deliveries take 4 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am - 6pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays), for remote areas it may be longer.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be made through our returns portal either sent using a prepaid label provided by us or with a courier of your own choice. Returns must be returned to our returns team within 30 days of receiving delivery of your parcel.

If there is an issue with your garment and it was not as stated in the product description or had a fault in it items and shipping can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit. Items must be returned in its original state with all tags still attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns team outside of the stated 30 day policy window will not be accepted. 

If you had a change of mind you can return your garment eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit, however you will be responsible for the return shipping. Shipping for faulty goods are free. Please contact us at thelabel@freyasavage.com to organise this.

Please allow us 3-7 working days to process your return.

When sending back your items using a courier we always recommend you use tracked delivery for your parcels as we cannot be held responsible for any lost deliveries and refunds will only be processed once the items have been received.
